Pinan Godan/Heian Godan Workshop on Zoom

Join us as we continue our popular workshops exploring possible applications from the Pinan/Heian kata. You do not have to know the form to benefit from the session - though you may want to grab a friend to work through the applications!
A recording of the workshop will be available for you to stream for one month after the workshop - so even if you can’t make it, you don’t have to miss out!
Your zoom link will be sent two days prior to the workshop followed by a link to the video within 48 hours of recording.
