Niseishi/Nijushiho is a fast, dynamic and fluid kata. Considered by many to be an advanced form, it is often taught at black belt level within the Shuri Schools. It is not necessary to know the kata to benefit from the content presented, as we explore the key principles that give depth and meaning to the techniques it contains. Breaching the Fortress! Different versions of Passai - or Bassai as it is referred to in Japanese - can be found in many martial arts styles across many countries.
