Join Iain Abernethy and Don Came as they explore kata and kata bunkai. You will learn the importance of correct anatomical structure and alignment for efficient and effective movement, as well as the principles used to unbalance and break that structure. We will also see “old school karate” throws and takedowns that you find in the various kata available from the different martial arts styles and schools.
There has already been a lot of interest in this seminar and we anticipate that places will go quickly.
