Don is a personal trainer and one of the first instructors qualified to teach kettlebells in Sussex. He studied with Optimal Life Fitness, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of fitness training, and he has been using kettlebells as a supplementary exercise to his martial arts practice since 2002.
Kettlebells are a very versatile form of resistance training.
